Education is a Right

The population of Liberia is growing fast and the rapidly increase in the demography of young Liberians is unavoidable. The latest UNESCO figure on the literacy rate of Liberian youth (ages 15-24) is 0.7% (uis.unesco.org)-a dismal statistic that makes a compelling case for prioritizing literacy in the country.
